At CET, the goal for each student is a permanent, unsubsidized job with benefits and growth potential. CET’s unique mode of job training involves an integration of skill training, basic skills instruction (including vocational English as a second language), human development, job preparation and job placement assistance, conducted in a simulated work setting.

In addition to accessible, flexible, timely, affordable, hands-on, highly individualized and self-paced training, we offer life skills instruction, workplace simulation, human development, supportive services and job placement assistance.

Our curriculum is carefully developed in partnership with industry employers. With the input from these employer advisors, CET training programs are kept abreast of technological advancements and of the current requirements in each industry. Also, we work closely with employer recruiters and human resources representatives to match job-ready students to employer needs.

You are welcome to visit and take a tour of the school and see if it is right for you.  We are easily accessible by either private transportation or public transit, and plenty of free parking is located on East Third Street, between Olive and Brighton Avenues. The nearest bus stop is located on the corner of Orange and 3rd Street.

CET is a non-profit, community-based organization and there is never any pressure to enroll. We are proud to say we offer GI Bill Approved Programs.
